Paul is also a contributing author, leadership speaker, and active volunteer dedicated to building relationships and inspiring professionals in the hospitality industry.
Patricia Payne – Founder & CEO, 3P-Events, LLC
Patricia Payne is the Founder and CEO of 3P-Events, a women-owned event management company specializing in corporate events, conferences, and incentive travel. With extensive leadership experience, she is known for delivering innovative, high-impact events while empowering women in business and fostering inclusive leadership.
Bob Schuster – Leads the Florida operations team
Bob Schuster heads CMP’s Florida office and brings 40 years of expertise in marketing, public relations, and event management. Since 1991, he has served as Director of Conferences and Events, delivering results for corporations, associations, governments, and teams. Known for his strategic insight and commitment to mentoring, Bob remains a trusted leader in the industry.
