Carson T. Jay is a resolute and versatile professional with a strong background in hospitality management and a proven history of excellence in various roles. Currently, Carson is honing his skills as a Management Trainee at Embassy Suites in Denton, TX, where he has gained comprehensive experience across all departments and currently excels as a Setup Manager in the banquets area. In this role, Carson has demonstrated exceptional leadership by effectively coordinating teams and ensuring seamless event setups.
Previously, Carson served as a Front Desk Agent at Hilton Garden Inn in Granbury, TX, where he highlighted his responsibilities in housekeeping, engineering, and the restaurant due to short staffing. Carson's initiative-taking approach and critical thinking skills were instrumental in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Carson holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a Minor in Digital Media from Tarleton State University, where he was actively involved in leadership programs such as the National Society of Leadership and Success. His academic achievements include being on the Dean's List at Tarleton and being a member of the National Honors Society during his time at Aledo High School.
