BIO For EBRU
Ebru is a passionate and accomplished hospitality sales professional with over 20 years of experience in the meetings and events industry. She began her career in 1996 and moved to Miami in 2001 to further develop her expertise. Since then, she has held strategic sales roles with prestigious hotel brands, ranging from boutique properties to international luxury chains, where she has consistently surpassed revenue targets and secured numerous group contracts across South Florida.
A key highlight of her career includes her tenure at Marriott’s Global Sales Office in Miami, where she represented all Marriott brands across North America and supported clients from various industries. During this time, she successfully sold over 150 Marriott properties, leveraging her deep knowledge of the portfolio and her ability to align venues with clients’ goals.
She is currently based in Europe and works closely with corporate clients throughout the Northeastern U.S., helping them identify ideal venues, negotiate contracts, and execute successful national and international events. Her work blends destination expertise, strategic sourcing, and relationship-driven service to deliver seamless event experiences.

Ebru is known for her strategic mindset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and negotiation skills, knowledge of industry trends, and proficiency in relevant software or tools along with her ability to cultivate lasting client relationships. She is fluent in multiple languages and highly proficient in industry tools and global sourcing best practices.
She is a graduate of Bilkent University, with a Bachelor of Tourism and Hotel Management and has attended numerous sales training courses in well-known international hotel chains.
